FARO GRATING
FARO quality grating are highly recommended for drain covers m drain pit covers for buildings and complexes. French covers for roads, highways, airports and infrastructure projects as gratings are proven to be strong, safe excellent durability and provide best aesthetic value to the surrounding environment.
FARO utilized high quality mild steel for load bearings bars, which exceed the strength of ASTM A36, BS 4360 grade 43A, JIS G 3101 SS 400 SB 41. This is particularly beneficial since floor grating is subjected to weight loads, as deflection becomes critical consideration to the ability of the load bearing bar to withstand stress.
FARO also provides stainless gratings for marine and any corrosive environment. The normal grades used are SS 304 and SS 316, but other stainless steel grades can be obtained upon request. FARO gratings are generally being supplied in two types of finishing. Hot dip galvanizing provides corrosion resistance by adding zinc coating to provide corrosions resistance by adding zinc coating to the surface of gratings. FARO hot dip galvanizing conforms to KSD 8308, ASTM AI23, BS 729, and JISH 8641.
FARO gratings are possible to be painted according to client’s approval and specification. Typical epoxy or powder coated paints are often used by clients.
