Since its inception the company has been leading focus on its customer not just a business strategy but as a corporate mission. Customer orientation has become a culture in the company for delivering quality service and delighting the customers by taking the extra mile and creating a memorable impression which has enabled the customers to extend their unconditionally support to the company.


In the present competitive environment, Faro Engineering (M) Sdn. realizes the importance of supporting its customers by developing innovative products. With the best of technology and committed workforce the company is poised for an excellent growth in the current and coming year taking the opportunities available in the country. Our focus would be on existing range of products for oil and gas market and widening our product in civil market which would contribute a major share to the economy of the country. Likewise the company has also taken measure to reduce its manufacturing cost as to keep our price competitive to our customers without compromising the quality of product.
